Pier\u015b z kurczaka myjemy i osuszamy. Przekrajamy w poprzek tak, by wysz\u0142y nam cztery kotlety. Rozbijamy na cienkie plastry, solimy, posypujemy pieprzem, czosnkiem i papryk\u0105. Na ka\u017cdym k\u0142adziemy plaster \u017c\u00f3\u0142tego sera i szynk\u0119. Kotlety sk\u0142adamy na p\u00f3\u0142 i odstawiamy do lod\u00f3wki na minimum godzin\u0119 (moje sta\u0142o przez noc).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2. Na patelni teflonowej rozgrzewamy olej. Kotlety panierujemy delikatnie w m\u0105ce, nast\u0119pnie w roztrzepanym jajku i na koniec w tartej bu\u0142ce. K\u0142adziemy na olej i sma\u017cymy na ma\u0142ym ogniu na z\u0142oto z obu stron. Podajemy gor\u0105ce.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">3.
