Mas\u0142o mo\u017cna wcze\u015bniej troch\u0119 ogrza\u0107 w mikrofali lub po prostu wyj\u0105\u0107 z lod\u00f3wki i potem pokroi\u0107 na mniejsze kawa\u0142ki. Do utartej masy dodajemy jajko i ponownie ucieramy. Dosypujemy m\u0105k\u0119 i kakao, mieszamy mikserem na wolnych obrotach, po czym zagniatamy ciasto r\u0119cznie. Zagniatamy je na tyle d\u0142ugo, by powsta\u0142a nam jednolita, jednokolorowa masa, ciasto powinno \u0142adnie i bez problemu odchodzi\u0107 od r\u0105k. Z ciasta formujemy niewielkie kulki i obtaczamy w drugiej cz\u0119\u015bci cukru (2-3 \u0142y\u017cki). Kulki uk\u0142adamy na blasze wy\u0142o\u017conej papierem do pieczenia lub wysmarowanej mas\u0142em.
